An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Sunday, repeating until Mar 21, 2021
Our religious school for children includes Katan (Grades K-2) and Gadol (Grades 3-7). Katan students have active Aleph Bet exposure and a focus on Shabbat and Holidays. Gadol students on T’fillah (prayer), Bible, Hebrew, Israel, Holidays, Traditions, and Mitzvot.
Both programs include a Sunday morning session 10:00AM-12:00PM that includes an opening prayer and reflection with Rabbi Charlie, Judaics and Hebrew, and concludes with a Jewish Learning Workshop: active and engaging activities for students with a wide range of topics such as Tikkun Olam, Mitzvot, Music, Cooking, Holiday Activities, Drama, and Storytelling. New this year, we have added L’Dor V’Dor – our grandparents will share some experiences from their own Jewish upbringing. Gadol students also meet Wednesday afternoons for a Hebrew workshop with our Cantor.
