Hanukkah Cooking Demo by Chef Michael Solomonov

White Meadow Temple is excited to partner with Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ to offer our congregants the opportunity to join a special Hanukkah Cooking Demo with award-winning chef Michael Solomonov of Zahav restaurant in Philadelphia on Wednesday, December 2 at 7:45PM. We will briefly gather on Zoom with other participating Greater MetroWest synagogues before joining the main event with Chef Solomonov.
This event is free to our congregants and there will be no solicitation of funds from Federation. To register, visit www.jfedgmw.org/cooking-demo.
The following dishes will be demonstrated by Chef Solomonov: Apple Shrub, Abe Fisher’s Potato Latkes, Roman Artichokes with Arugula and Olive Oil, Poached Salmon and Sfenj (Moroccan donuts) with Cinnamon and Sugar. Recipes will be provided in advance to all registrants.
Chef and restauranteur Michael Solomonov won the James Beard Foundation awards for Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic in 2011, Cookbook of the Year in 2016, and Outstanding Chef in 2017.
